Our client, one of the leading firms in the PI sector, listed in Legal 500 and Chambers, is looking to appoint an additional solicitor to one of it’s specialist accident teams. The team deals with occupational liability, employers liability, public liability and CICA. As part of this team you will deal with a broad range of PI matters and you will be responsible for:-
Managing your own caseload
Engaging with clients
Dealing with ASPIC/Court of Session/Sheriff Court work
Instructing medical experts
Drafting legal documents, including summonses and writs
Consulting with Counsel
Appearance in court/tribunal
Applicants must be at least three years post qualified and have personal injury experience. Salary will be dependant on experience and the firm offers hybrid working.
