About the Role Our Litigation Department deals with a broad range of civil litigation work and currently comprises six fee earners together with support staff.
We currently have a vacancy for a personal injury lawyer who has been working in this area of law for 5 years+. The role is likely to suit a qualified lawyer with around 5 years post qualification experience.
The successful candidate must be able to run a variety of different personal injury cases with little supervision. It would be an asset if they were also able to undertake clinical negligence work.
We will consider both full-time or part-time applications. There is an element of hybrid working once you have passed your probation. The role can be based in any of our offices: Crewkerne, Exeter, Exmouth, Honiton, Seaton, Sidmouth, Taunton or Tiverton, but the successful candidate would need to be able to attend the Exeter office at least once a week.
The successful candidate will be expected to become involved in the firm’s marketing and business development plan and actively seek to build personal injury work in the firm.
