Our Litigation Department deals with a broad range of civil litigation work and currently comprises six fee earners together with support staff. We currently have a vacancy for a personal injury lawyer who has been working in this area of law for 5 years+. The role is likely to suit a qualified lawyer with around 5 years post qualification experience. Responsibilities

Run a variety of different personal injury cases with little supervision. Undertake clinical negligence work (if applicable). Become involved in the firm’s marketing and business development plan. Actively seek to build personal injury work in the firm. Working Conditions

We will consider both full-time or part-time applications. There is an element of hybrid working once you have passed your probation. The role can be based in any of our offices: Crewkerne, Exeter, Exmouth, Honiton, Seaton, Sidmouth, Taunton or Tiverton, but the successful candidate would need to be able to attend the Exeter office at least once a week.
