£20,000 - £25,000 | Sandwich, Kent | Permanent, Full-Time Our client, a highly regarded law firm based in Kent, is seeking to appoint an experienced Legal Secretary to support their Personal Injury team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in Personal Injury or Medical Negligence to join a dynamic and well-established firm. The ideal candidate will possess a strong secretarial background, combined with expertise in handling personal injury or medical negligence matters. Exceptional organisational and communication skills are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Director, including managing appointments and addressing client queries via phone and in person. Oversee filing, photocopying, and the opening/closing of client files. Maintain and manage the Director's diary, ensuring efficient scheduling and follow-ups. Review client files in compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinating with fee earners on necessary actions. Perform a variety of general administrative tasks to support the team's needs. Essential Skills And Experience

Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in an administrative support role within a law firm. Demonstrable experience working with Personal Injury or Medical Negligence teams. Medical secretaries will be considered. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organised, with excellent time management abilities. Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum. Location: Sandwich, Kent (fully office-based). Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. Onsite parking available. 23 days annual leave, in addition to excellent social and team-building events.
