Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:

Running a litigated caseload of RTA and EL/PL cases Preparing pre-action correspondence Collating/reviewing liability documentation Instructing Counsel for advice on liability and quantum Attending Conferences Taking witness statements Advising clients of potential special damages claims, and collating and reviewing special damages documentation Instructing medical experts and obtaining medical evidence in support of the claim Reviewing and making offers Preparing documents for the litigation process, such as Claim Forms, Particulars of Claim, Directions Questionnaires, Part 18 Requests, Applications and Listing Questionnaires Following Court Directions Preparing the claim for Trial Conducting litigation, advocacy and dispute resolution Attending Applications and Case Management Conferences Attending Trials
