More about the day to day:
The role involves a large client focus where you’d be expected to investigate cases at the pre-litigation stage.
Collect evidence and support principal fee earners in case preparation.
You will manage a variety of complex, specialized cases related to RTA files.
Given the sensitive nature of these cases, you are expected to approach them with care, sensitivity, and empathy.
Preparing and drafting a variety of legal documents.
Taking statements from witnesses.
Investigating claims.
Reviewing medical records.

Do you have previous experience in general or specialized personal injury law, civil litigation, or come from a commercial litigation background?

Have you carried out first-hand experience in providing strong litigation knowledge to clients?
Previous experience working within personal injury is required.
