• Managing a caseload of Employer’s Liability and Public Liability claims.
• Progressing matters from portal exit through to settlement or litigation.
• Drafting legal documentation and correspondence.
• Advising clients clearly and professionally throughout the claims process.
• Liaising with insurers, medical experts, counsel, and third parties.
• Preparing files for litigation and court proceedings where required.

Skills and requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience handling EL/PL matters.
• At least 2 years’ litigation experience.
• Strong technical understanding of personal injury litigation.
• Excellent communication and client-care skills.
