Our client is keen to appoint an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor. Due to extensive work levels and recent contractual successes, the client is open to considering all levels of experience. The team is dynamic and innovative, seeking Solicitors who can collaborate and demonstrate strong inter-personal skills. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, handling Personal Injury litigation files, and working closely with clients to understand their requirements and manage cases in line with contractual agreements. Your role will involve helping a defendant in a personal injury claim, protecting the defendant's financial interests, and avoiding liability. You will provide advice on the strength of the claim, the risks of defending it, and the prospects of settling it. Additionally, you will handle the administrative aspects of the claim and represent clients across various industries.
