Requirements
Qualified Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner with relevant legal expertise. Minimum of 1 year's experience handling personal injury cases. Proven ability in negotiation and dispute resolution. Familiarity with Proclaim case management software. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Managing a diverse caseload of Employer Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), and Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims. Handling cases from instruction through to resolution, including pre-litigation and litigation stages. Conducting legal research, drafting documents, and liaising with clients and third parties. Engaging in negotiation and dispute resolution to achieve favourable client outcomes. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements.
