The Role
Independently manage a personal caseload of legal matters, ensuring timely and efficient progression of cases
Handle a diverse portfolio of pre-litigated and litigated claims, including matters related to Highways Law, Occupiers' Liability, Employers' Liability and Housing Disrepair
Provide support to senior fee earners by assisting with their cases and contributing to successful outcomes
Prepare cases for trial
Contribute to business development
Draft pleadings and witness statements
Attend court and conferences

About You
NQ to 2 years PQE
Experience in defending litigated claims is preferred, though candidates with Claimant litigation experience will also be considered
Strong knowledge of CPR and litigation procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers
Strong IT skills and attention to detail
Effective time management and organisational skills
