The leading casualty EL/PL teams of one of our major clients is looking to expand. We are keen to speak with both qualified and unqualified fee earners.
Solicitors, Legal Executives, as well as Paralegals or Litigation Executives will be considered for this role. The caseload consists of a mix of EL/PL work from fast track to multi track work.

Candidates with litigated EL/PL experience. We are looking to speak with experienced litigation executives, legal executives or solicitors with roughly 0-2 PQE. That said, this is only given as an indication. All levels of experience will be considered. Range of EL/PL Work from Broad Client Base
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Manchester office of a leading firm with attractive opportunities to progress. The team advises on the full range of EL/PL work from slips ‘n’ trips to accidents at work and other claims such as harassment, for example. Lawyers advise both private sector and public sector clients via tier 1 insurers or direct.
As a guide, the successful candidate will: Progress their own caseload of fast track and multi track EL/PL matters from cradle to grave with supervision; Make early liability assessments on matters and be able to come to a decision on liability; Assess quantum; Draft pleadings as well as witness statements and instructions to counsel; Attend in conference and trials. The role is intended to involve mainly handling a caseload of fast track and multi track work. Solicitors within the team are encouraged to gain as much exposure as possible within a supportive framework.
Training and Development
The training and development is second-to-none and many lawyers within the team progress to other areas of technical and complex injury including catastrophic and large loss.
