YOUR DAY TO DAY: Handling your own Caseload of Employers Liability and Public Liability files from cradle to grave collaborating with the Serious Injury team. Manage both new and ongoing claims, both pre litigated and litigated. Meeting clients face to face. Attend court proceedings and inquests. Draft and prepare legal documents, briefs, instructions, and schedules.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Experience in Personal Injury law, Strong organisational skills Qualified Solicitor or Equivalent NQ + Experience running your own litigated caseload Experience managing EL/Pl files in litigation.
