JOB TITLE: Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive
HOURS: Full Time, Hybrid
Location: Plymouth
Salary: £35K - £45K

Award winning, Legal 500 law firm with offices across the UK. Specialising in Personal Injury / Clinical Negligence, you will be joining a team of experienced, motivated professionals excelling in your legal career.
YOUR DAY TO DAY:
Handling your own caseload of Employers Liability and Public Liability files from cradle to grave, collaborating with the Serious Injury team.
Managing both new and ongoing claims, both pre-litigated and litigated.
Meeting clients face to face.
Attending court proceedings and inquests.
Drafting and preparing legal documents, briefs, instructions, and schedules.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Experience in Personal Injury law.
Strong organisational skills.
Qualified Solicitor or Equivalent (NQ+).
Experience running your own litigated caseload.
Experience managing EL/PL files in litigation.
