The Role: Are you passionate about customer service and insurance? My client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Personal Lines Insurance Advisor to join their team. In this role, you will welcome customers to the Personal Lines department, respond to their needs, and maintain positive relationships. Your goal will be to provide complete professional insurance advice and service to existing clients, ensuring the highest standards of customer care and client retention. Key Responsibilities: Liaise directly with clients in broking, processing, and daily administration of new business, mid-term alterations, and renewals. Provide comprehensive insurance advice and services to existing clients. Ensure clients fully understand the terms and extent of the cover provided, in line with industry regulations. Arrange specialized insurance cover in complex cases through effective negotiation with insurers. Adhere to New Business and Renewal timeline procedures. Maintain the highest standards of customer care, service, and client retention. Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative, sales, or insurance role. Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers and insurance companies. Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve customer issues professionally and empathetically. High attention to detail in administrative tasks. Ability to work independently in a busy, active environment, managing your own time and workflow effectively. Professional demeanour in attitude, behaviour, and personal appearance.
