Personal Progress Coach (PPC)

We are currently seeking a part-time Personal Progress Coach (PPC) to join our pastoral support team. The role involves monitoring student progress including attendance, retention, achievement, and behaviour/discipline for a specified cohort of learners. The PPC also has responsibility for the support and safeguarding of learners, liaising with parents, external agencies, and curriculum staff to maximise student success. Excellent communication, team working, and organisational skills are required along with the ability to provide both support and challenge. The successful candidates will also have experience of safeguarding and providing information, advice, and guidance (IAG) relating to progression opportunities including supporting students with university applications, higher apprenticeships, and other opportunities. Salary:

£12,769 pro rata of £26,891 Hours:
