About the Role: As an experienced and professional Personal Assistant, you will join the Directorate support team within the Business Support Service to provide exceptional service. You will be a creative thinker who can use your knowledge, judgement, and initiative to ensure that Directors' diaries and inboxes are managed effectively. You will enable Chief Officers to focus on delivering their strategic objectives and work closely with other Personal Assistants to monitor and track departmental business. Key Responsibilities: - Manage diaries and inboxes of Chief Officers. - Provide professional and accurate meeting support to Cabinet Member and Departmental Management team meetings. - Maintain high levels of customer service and represent Chief Officers positively. About You: You will have a Personal Assistant background with substantial experience providing quality PA support at a senior management level. Key qualifications include: - Experience managing the diaries and inboxes of multiple Chief Officers. - Strong teamwork skills and ability to work in an empowered environment. - Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgement. - Excellent communication skills and ability to develop good relationships with staff and customers, including elected Members. - Proven problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities. - Adaptability and excellent organizational skills.
