Job Description Lead and mentor a team to ensure high-quality tax compliance services. Manage a portfolio of clients, maintaining and building strong relationships. Ensure all tax computations are accurate and compliant with regulations. Identify tax planning opportunities and advise clients accordingly. Work closely with other departments to provide comprehensive client service. Keep up to date with tax legislation and developments in the professional services industry. Contribute to the strategic direction and development of the tax department. Manage and mitigate risks associated with tax compliance. The Successful Applicant A successful Personal Tax Compliance Senior should have: A professional qualification in tax or accounting. Proven experience in a tax compliance role within a professional services environment. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team. Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation. Excellent client management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
