About the Role:

Our client, a prestigious accountancy firm in Cheltenham, is seeking a highly skilled Personal Tax Director to join their personal tax team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and deliver exceptional tax services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the personal tax department, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to high-net-worth clients.

Oversee complex tax compliance matters, including self-assessment returns.

Advise clients on inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and trusts.

Stay current with changes in tax legislation and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified with significant experience in personal tax.

Strong technical knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations.
