We are seeking a Personal Training (PT) Coach who can motivate and inspire people to achieve their most desired health and wellbeing goals. The Role
As an essential member of the Leisure World team, you will actively promote and deliver personal training services; consultations and fitness workshops delivering bespoke, engaging fitness programming with the goal to developing your client base. Our PT Coach Model:
16.5hrs paid shift hours per week – You choose when you are available for 1:1 training sessions (on/off-shift available) Up to £17.50 per 60-minute client session, increasing to £24.50 per session after achieving an average of 20 sessions delivered per month PT Coach support building your client base – our members receive a minimum of 2 complimentary sessions. Qualifications and Skills Required
To be successful in this role, you will possess a Personal Trainer – Level 3 REPs (or CIMSPA) recognized qualification or equivalent. You should have strong customer engagement skills, be a good communicator with a genuine passion for Health and Wellness. Strong business acumen, resilience, and results-driven mindset are essential for growing a personal training business while being a great team player and providing every client with an outstanding user experience.
