Remote based - with learner observations in Norwich and surrounding areas Salary:
Up to £32,000 (Level 4/5 delivery HSC) plus performance-related bonuses As a Personal Tutor, you will support a caseload of learners with progressive visits, observations, and outstanding teaching to enhance their learning experience. Key Responsibilities
Engaging, motivating, and inspiring learners to achieve their work-based qualification Providing innovative and impactful teaching and learning Managing a minimum funded diverse caseload of learners across HSC levels 4-5 Delivering an outstanding experience for all learners and employers Providing valuable and insightful feedback to every learner Building and nurturing strong relationships with our employer partners Adhering to GDPR regulations and all internal information and data security policies Requirements
What our ideal applicant has: Minimum of Level 3 Assessor (CAVA, TAQA, D32, A1, V1) Teaching qualification (AET, PTTLS) Level 5 qualifications within the Health & Social Care sector Experience of delivering outstanding teaching and learning Experience of managing a diverse caseload Access to a car and able to travel for in-person learner observations, 1:1s, and team meetings Other Information
