Location: Multiple sites across South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, 52 weeks per year Salary: £34,216 - £42,198 (Dependent on Experience) Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with learning disabilities and difficulties? Key Responsibilities: Exemplary Teaching:

Deliver high-quality teaching and ensure learners progress across all curriculums. Learner Management:

Oversee the learner's journey, from initial assessment to goal setting and progress monitoring. Collaboration:

Work with parents, carers, and specialist support services to provide comprehensive care and support. Professional Development:

Participate in training, appraisals, and quality improvement processes.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications:

Level 4 Award in Education & Training, PGCE, or Cert Ed. Minimum Level 2 Maths and English. Experience:

Teaching learners with autism, SLD, and PMLD within a special education setting. Skills:

Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills. Ability to inspire and motivate learners.
