Legal Counsel (Corporate)
to join our in-house legal team headed by our General Counsel.
This role will provide support to all areas of the business with a particular focus on the group’s M&A activity. This support will include liaising with external lawyers and other advisors, and drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents and ancillary work. You will also cover other general in-house legal matters such as company secretarial matters.
You will be a Corporate Solicitor, likely with up to 2 years’ PQE, or an experienced paralegal with general corporate and M&A experience in a private practice or in-house environment. Perspective’s HQ is in Chorley, Lancashire however Hybrid working is typical here and can be discussed. Salary is competitive and the working culture is excellent.
