Selling Corning Life Sciences products portfolio and solutions/applications in the specified territory and segment, through distributors/Customers. Defining and executing sales strategy at focus accounts with a clear 5-year plan, in collaboration with business segment lead to achieve revenue targets in defined segment and territory, being accountable for the entire Corning Life Sciences portfolio. Developing and executing account plans that integrate product, process, service, and technical solutions to meet customer needs. Collaborating with the Key Account team to leverage the Global Footprint of CLS. Defining critical KPIs for success at Focus Accounts. Maintaining frequent contact with customers and distributors to strengthen relationships and maximize account penetration. Developing and executing sales and marketing plans with distributors. Reviewing and developing new business opportunities to ensure revenue growth. Using business reports and CRM to manage the business effectively in the specified territory. Leading collaboration and coordinating cross-functional account services to drive the account and serve the customer. Collecting market, customer, and competitor intelligence to inform sales, marketing, and technical strategies. Serving as an advocate for both Corning and the customer, balancing the needs and constraints of both parties. Leading Business Review meetings for Focus Accounts. Serving as a Point of Contact for MNC dealers and working with the channel segment manager to develop and execute programs and campaigns. Collecting feedback from the Pharma team to align strategic approach with channel partners. Required

Fluency in English Based in the UK or Netherlands BSc/BA or equivalent degree or experience Minimum 5 years in a Commercial Role Knowledge and/or experience in sales, and/or commercial roles Proven product and commercial knowledge, sales success and experience preferred. Ability to establish rapport, identify opportunities and influence a decision Strong meeting planning skills Negotiation skills and Business acumen Ability to target and prioritize key customers and distributors to achieve company objectives. Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel, and Salesforce.com Travel requirements: up to 50-75% National and International Valid driver license and safe driving record
