This 9-month contract opportunity offers a competitive salary of £12.99 per hour (PAYE) plus 19% shift allowance. This role involves scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring on-shift training, assessment, and education to ensure compliance with Individual Developmental Goals. You will be responsible for reviewing shift-based people KPIs performance, formally and informally, to drive forward performance and continuous progress. Additionally, you will perform routine meetings with Operational Leaders to ensure PDPs are in place and STEM pathways are linked into the wider training model.
