Pharmacist
to join them within their dedicated outpatient pharmacy. The outpatient pharmacy plays a definitive role in supporting patients with their ongoing treatment and in helping to manage symptoms; you’ll work closely with pharmacy colleagues, clinicians, and other partners in this capacity. Community and newly qualified Pharmacists are welcome to apply. Previous hospital experience is not essential. Pharmacist role, Monday – Friday (no weekend work).
