Job Title: Pharmacist Band 6/7 - wards base role
MUST BE A CAR DRIVER - cross site role.
Location: North Wales
Duration: Ongoing
Schedule: Full-time (Monday - Friday), 9am - 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch.
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing
Rate of pay: £30 - £40 per hour depending on experience.
A Day in the Life of a Pharmacist
As a Band 6/7 Locum Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in covering the general, medical, and surgical wards and assisting dispensary teams within the community hospitals.
Medicines reconciliation and drug chart screening
Offering advice to patients on the wards
Screening in the dispensary, inpatients, and outpatients
Helping the ATOs and Pharmacy Technicians with checking when needed.
Requirements and Qualifications Required for this Role:
Current and valid registration with the GPHC as a Pharmacist
Hospital experience is essential.
Car Driver
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
