Key Responsibilities
Operations & Compliance: Ensure legal compliance, accurate records, and quality standards.
Leadership & Team Management: Supervise, train, and manage pharmacy staff.
Patient Care: Dispense prescriptions safely and provide expert medication advice.
Inventory & Financial Management: Manage stock, conduct audits and control budgets.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with healthcare providers and promote services.
Qualifications & Skills:
Registered AHPRA Pharmacist
Pharmacy leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and clinical best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
