Job Description Provide exceptional patient-centred care and advice. Lead and motivate your team to be the best they can be. Ensure the smooth running of the dispensary. Deliver the pharmacy strategy through providing expert care and advice. Deliver all commercial pharmacy services where relevant. Comply with all legal and professional requirements including IG and GPhC standards. Conduct regular reviews, audits and risk assessments to protect patient and public safety. Work with the team to enhance customer loyalty and maintain business growth. The Successful Applicant A successful Launceston Pharmacist should have: A pharmacy degree. GPhC registration. The ability to deliver fantastic customer care. Thorough understanding of community pharmacy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership skills with the ability to engage and motivate a team. What's on Offer An approximate salary range of £54,000 to £66,000 (GBP) yearly. GPHC fees paid.
