Job Summary

As a Pharmacist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the secure and streamlined delivery of pharmaceutical services for our innovative online pharmacy platform. Your responsibilities will extend to supervising the daily functions of the pharmacy department, ensuring regulatory adherence, and upholding exemplary standards of customer care, safety, and service. Key Responsibilities

Services and Quality: Support the development of new services and treatments. Ensure the Quality Management System (QMS) is implemented and maintained in accordance with the requirements of both our Wholesale Distribution Authorisation (WDA(H) and GPhC registration. Ensure self-inspections are performed at regular intervals following prearranged programs and necessary corrective measures are put in place. Ensure all operations comply with GPhC distance selling regulations and industry best practice guidance. Proactively identify potential risks within pharmacy operations and develop strategies to mitigate them. Customer and Patient Care: Address customer and patient enquiries and concerns. Provide expert advice on pharmaceutical products and services to both the team and customers. Clear and effective communication via emails, phone calls and virtual platforms to ensure patient care in an online pharmacy setting. Pharmaceutical Dispensing: Accurately and safely dispense prescription medications to customers, following proper dosage and labelling guidelines. Provide advice where required on the use and potential side effects of medications. Verify prescriptions for accuracy and legal requirements. Identify and resolve stock discrepancies and problems. Continuing Education: Stay updated on new medications, healthcare guidelines, and industry best practices. Encourage and support the professional development of pharmacy staff. Implement cross-team working (Clinical, Distribution, Sales and Marketing), sharing ideas, knowledge and resources to facilitate a highly efficient and collaborative team. Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Master's degree in pharmacy Postgraduate diploma in clinical pharmacy Experience: Experience of working in a medical or retail environment as a pharmacist. 3+ Years GPhC-registered pharmacist with eligibility to act as a Responsible Pharmacist. Benefits:
