Overview of the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Banbury, Oxfordshire. How our pharmacy makes a difference: It dispenses 10k items a month. It provides a wide range of services including all NHS essential and pharmacy first. It dispenses 100 community blisters. This successful candidate will work the following schedule: 40.25 hours per week Week 1 - Mon-Friday (9am-5.30pm) Week 2 - Tues- Saturday (9am-1pm) The dynamic team at this branch is made up of 1 trainee pharmacy assistant, 4 qualified pharmacy assistants, and 1 qualified pharmacy technician. The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent, and management experience is required for this opportunity. You'll be focused on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers. You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
