Job Description
Lead and manage the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional customer service
Ensure the successful operation of the pharmacy, adhering to all GPHC standards
Administer prescriptions accurately and provide medicine use reviews
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and customers
Manage inventory and ensure the effective use of resources
Deliver healthcare advice and promote health and wellness services
Drive sales and maintain a profitable pharmacy
Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical requirements
The Successful Applicant
A successful Pharmacist Manager should have:
A GPHC recognised Pharmacy degree
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Exceptional customer service skills
A thorough understanding of the UK pharmacy regulations
Strong business acumen
