We are looking for a Pharmacist to join our team and provide professional pharmaceutical services to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing patient counselling, conducting medication reviews, and providing advice on the safe use of medications. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of pharmacology and pharmacy regulations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Dispense medication and provide information to customers about the proper use of medications.
Maintain records of all prescriptions filled and provide information to other healthcare professionals.
Provide advice on the selection, dosage, interactions, and side effects of medications.
Monitor the health and progress of patients to determine the need for adjustments in medications.
Ensure that all medications are stored properly and securely.
Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice.
