Duties
Review and interpret prescription orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of medication therapy Dispense medications accurately and efficiently Provide medication counseling to patients, including instructions on proper use, potential side effects, and drug interactions Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans Monitor patient response to medication therapy and adjust treatment as necessary Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records As a Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients.
