Evolve is partnering with a brand-new client, a well-established community pharmacy in Spalding, seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm) with 1 in 2 Saturdays (8:30am to 12pm).

This is a busy pharmacy, dispensing approximately 14,000 items per month and offers a range of services, including medication reviews, flu vaccinations, blood pressure checks, and travel health advice. You will be supported by a highly trained and dedicated team including a Non-Pharmacist Manager (ACD), Dispensers and a Counter Assistant.

Role Highlights: Salary:

£50,000 to £60,000 (dependent on experience).

Ideal Candidate Profile: Qualifications:

GPhC-registered Pharmacist.

Skills:

Outstanding patient care abilities with a focus on empathy and clear communication.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology.

Proficiency:

Experience of working in a high volume pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities: Providing a safe and efficient Pharmaceutical Service within the accepted legal and professional requirements using relevant policies and procedures and the GPhC code of ethics.

Your role will be to responsibly and reliably support the efficient delivery of community pharmacy dispensing services, working as an integral member of the pharmacy team to achieve excellence and ensure exceptional customer care and patient safety.

You will assist the pharmacy manager in driving operational excellence through your contributions to pharmacy sales and professional services.
