Job Description Providing expert clinical advice to patients Ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medicines Maintaining strong relationships with health professionals and customers Assisting with the training and development of pharmacy staff Managing the stock levels and resources within the pharmacy Ensuring the pharmacy complies with all local and national laws and ethical guidelines The Successful Applicant A degree in Pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) A patient-focused approach with exceptional communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team and lead when necessary Strong organisational and time management skills A commitment to ongoing professional development What's on Offer A salary ranging from £50,000 to £55,000 per annum + Annual Bonus + Shares Opportunities for training and career progression within the company A positive and supportive workplace culture in Weymouth Generous holiday leave provision IP Support
