Your Mission as a Pharmacy Assistant

As a vital member of our team you will:

  • Assist in the dispensing of medications under the supervision of a pharmacist maintaining meticulous accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
  • Offer exceptional customer service ensuring all patients feel heard supported and valued.
  • Contribute to the pharmacy team by maintaining an organised and efficient workflow.
  • Manage inventory by organising stocking and ensuring the integrity of pharmaceuticals.
  • Utilise computer systems for processing prescriptions managing stock levels and handling customer queries.
  • Maintain a spotless and orderly pharmacy environment.

Who Are We Searching For

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A foundation of pharmacy knowledge with a preference for those holding an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills; displaying warmth empathy and patience.
  • A keen eye for detail ensuring the accuracy and safety of all pharmacy operations.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities thriving in a collaborative work setting.
  • Computer literacy comfortable with learning and utilising various pharmacy software systems.
  • Outstanding communication traits ability to problemsolve and the initiative to adapt quickly in a bustling environment.

Working Hours & Benefits:
