We are seeking a forward-thinking, dedicated Pharmacy Dispenser to join an innovative pharmacy/tech team. In this role, you will combine traditional dispensing expertise with modern healthcare delivery and digital innovation. You will be responsible for expanding clinical services and our training and development programs utilizing technologies including generative AI to enhance sales and improve training and development. For those not trained as a dispenser or do not have generative AI skills, self-funded training can be provided. Main Duties

Dispensing & Medication Management Accurately dispense medications according to prescriptions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Assist in medication preparation, including compounding where necessary. Maintain accurate records of dispensed medications. Monitor and maintain proper storage conditions for all medications. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy workspace. Clinical Services Support Assist in the delivery of NHS Pharmacy First services for conditions including: (Generative AI Agent use is preferable) Uncomplicated urinary tract infections. Shingles. Impetigo. Infected insect bites. Acute sore throat. Conducting initial assessments using standardized protocols. Maintaining accurate clinical records. Following up with patients as required. Assist in vaccination services delivery and administration support. Work closely with pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient workflow. Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Support knowledge sharing and best practice implementation. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications

NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent. Previous dispensing experience in a pharmacy setting. Strong knowledge of medication administration practices. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing. Proven patient care experience with strong communication skills. Basic clinical knowledge and understanding of pharmacy operations. For those not trained as a dispenser or do not have generative AI skills, self-funded training can be provided. Desired Attributes

Experience with pharmacy management systems. Understanding of generative AI applications in healthcare. Knowledge of NHS services and healthcare delivery. Commercial awareness and sales ability.
