This post provides a unique opportunity to join the pharmacy team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. This is a fast-paced and demanding role so applicants should be organised, motivated, enthusiastic, keen to learn, and able to multi-task comfortably. Admin experience (keyboard skills, basic Excel, Microsoft Word & web-based resources) is essential as is being educated to GCSE (or equivalent) level.

The post holder will work as part of the pharmacy procurement team and will work closely with the distribution team. As a key member of the Trust, you will be joining an exceptional team working together to help our patients when they need it most.

Main Duties of the Job The full job description outlines the key areas of responsibility for the role and the person specification details the qualifications, skills, knowledge, and experience required.

The post holder will need to troubleshoot problems in the most efficient way and manage their workload effectively. Excellent communication skills (verbal, telephone, and email), and the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure as part of a team are essential.

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week. Monday-Friday 8.30am-17.00pm. Interview Date: Friday 24th January 2025.
