Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. Provide excellent customer service, assisting patients with queries and offering guidance on medications and health products. Maintain accurate records of all dispensing activities. Support the pharmacy team in stock management, including ordering, receiving, and organizing inventory. Assist with the preparation of dosette boxes and other compliance aids, if required. Adhere to all health, safety, and company procedures. Requirements
Previous experience as a Pharmacy Dispenser or equivalent qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork. Knowledge of pharmacy software systems (desirable but not essential).
