Full Job Description Dispenser (Qualified or Non Qualified) – Competitive Salary

– Full Time 32-35 hours per week including some Saturdays We have a fantastic opportunity for two Dispensers to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone to join a successful independent pharmacy, partnering with the local community, local surgeries, and nursing homes. We have just inherited more patients after a local pharmacy reduced its hours and we need you to join our team. What you need Fully funded national accredited training to achieve qualifications will be provided after a three-month probationary period. To be successful in this role you will be a hardworking team player who is detail-oriented, works methodically, accurately, and displays excellent customer service at all times. While always maintaining excellent customer service, you will ensure their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner, enhancing the success of the pharmacy. Key accountabilities will be: To ensure customer prescriptions are received and dispensed in a timely manner To reduce Owings by managing the optimum stock levels To fully comply with SOPs to ensure patient safety To support and proactively seek opportunities to increase revenue by actively promoting appropriate services to meet customer needs, maintaining and growing the profitability of the pharmacy Help prepare medicine trays As a growing company, you will also be able to develop your career with a wide variety of opportunities available. £21,000 - £23,000 per annum based on a 40-hour week. Higher based on experience. Experience: Pharmacy: 1 year (preferably) Job Types:
