The successful applicant will be responsible for leading the development of the operational elements of the Critical Care pharmacy service across the 3 sites at the Trust and will work with the team to ensure the safe, clinically effective and cost-efficient use of drugs. The focus of this role will be to work with the senior pharmacy and multidisciplinary team to develop pharmacy services to provide optimal patient-centred care. This role will also include the implementation and monitoring of performance indicators to evaluate the contributions of the pharmacy team to the department in line with staffing, patient turnover and Trust priorities to ensure that departmental standards are met. Additionally, it will include the development of medicine-related policies and guidelines for the Trust relevant to critical care. About Us
