The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and will be able to work effectively as a part of a cohesive team. My client is open to accepting candidates from varied backgrounds, so whether you have experience in primary care, secondary care, or even if you’re newly qualified, this may be the role for you! Access to career progression opportunities. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead and motivate the Pharmacy team. Focus on improving the commercial success of the pharmacy. Ensuring the pharmacy service is organised and running smoothly. Providing support and assistance to pharmacists, technicians, and dispensers where appropriate. Provide an excellent level of care to patients within the community. Ensure that errors and complaints are handled effectively. What You’ll Bring: Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). MPharm, BPharm or equivalent. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Proven post-qualification experience working in a pharmacy environment. Location: This Community Pharmacy is based in Canterbury, commutable via Maidstone, Sittingbourne, and Dover.
