Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, NHS guidelines, and company policies.
- Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory to ensure the pharmacy runs smoothly.
- Provide expert advice and support to patients on medication use, side effects, and general health queries.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance pharmacy services and increase patient satisfaction.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting continuous development for staff members.
