Leading, training, and developing colleagues. Using a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff are available, so we’re always there to meet our customers’ needs. You will need: A Pharmacy Degree. A passion for leading and empowering a team. Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willingness to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups.
