Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring effective clinical guidance and leadership Promote a patient-focused approach to deliver the highest standards of care Ensure the safe and efficient use of medications across the clinic Manage the dispensary's operations, ensuring compliance and patient safety Recruit, train, and manage pharmacy staff, including conducting performance evaluations Adhere to the General Pharmaceutical Council's (GPhC) code of ethics, conduct, and performance standards Ensure all medication handling, storage, dispensing, and documentation align with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
