Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work on your own initiative & a team player, The capability to manage & lead a team efficiently, People person & comfortable about any/all issues that may arise. What you'll be doing:
Provide a safe and efficient dispensing service to all customers in accordance with the pharmacy guidelines, Ensure safe and effective delivery of medicines to all customers, Engage actively with customers to encourage customer loyalty and confidence, Maintain appropriate stock levels in the pharmacy ensuring the correct storage and monitoring of dated products, Manage the dispensary and staff in all aspects (paperwork, rotas, etc.), Team & personal training and development for employees & yourself, All other duties as required to manage an efficient pharmacy. What we require (non-negotiables):
A minimum of 3 years post-registration experience in Northern Ireland, Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of NI & relevant qualifications. Salary would depend on your experience, but the pharmacy is open to negotiations. All applications are strictly confidential.
