£42 per hour (£1,575 per week before tax, £75,600 per annum equivalent) Job Description: Trident Healthacre are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Locum Pharmacy Manager to join our client's team at a private hospital in Nottingham. This is a full-time contract position for a minimum of 6 months, with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have a background in CCU but it is not essential. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy department. Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, ensuring high standards of practice. In charge of handling monthly rotas to department staff. Ensure the safe and effective use of medications. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. Conduct medication reviews and manage inventory. Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures. Requirements: Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Proven experience as a Pharmacy Manager, preferably in a hospital setting. CCU experience background desirable but not essential. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of £42.
