Comply with all regulatory standards and company policies. Oversee inventory management and control. Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and customers. Implement strategies to drive sales and meet targets. Manage staff training and development initiatives. The Successful Applicant A successful Pharmacy Manager should have: A valid GPhC registration. Experience in a retail pharmacy setting. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of relevant pharmacy regulations and legislation.
