Job Description Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficient workflow Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction Ensure adherence to all relevant healthcare regulations and standards Manage inventory and stock control within the pharmacy Handle patient queries and complaints, providing excellent customer service Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the local community Participate in community outreach programmes to promote the pharmacy's services The Successful Applicant A successful Pharmacy Manager should have: A degree in pharmacy or a related field Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills A customer-focused approach and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards What's on Offer £55,000 - £60,000 depending on experience IP support and GPhC fees reimbursed Opportunities for career progression within the pharmacy A supportive and collaborative work environment If this looks like the perfect next step in your pharmacy career - send us your CV today!
