Calling all newly qualified or experienced Pharmacy Technicians and/or Science Manufacturing Technicians, who are seeking a fulfilling and varied career in the innovative world of Pharmacy Aseptic Services. We have the role for you. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our friendly, dedicated and forward-thinking team providing a comprehensive aseptic pharmacy service across Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust. We can provide extensive training, peer support and fully funded learning opportunities to ensure you progress across all areas of aseptic production. The right candidate should have a BTEC and NVQ Level 3 in Pharmaceutical Sciences (or equivalent apprenticeship); pharmacy technician registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council; Level 3 Science Manufacturing Technician apprenticeship completion with registration compliant with Pharmaceutical Science Council; have good manual dexterity; previous experience of aseptic preparation/manufacture including CIVAs, Cytotoxic and Parenteral Nutrition. Our Aseptic unit provides excellent modern facilities and is highly regarded across the trust and wider region. Built in 2013, the unit has the benefit of being light, spacious and expertly designed, creating a positive working environment. It is an integral part of the pharmacy department and we have a great working relationship with the other specialties and services across the Trust.
